To initiate a return:

- Ship Back the Item: Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- Receive Refund/Exchange: Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your return. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of approval.
4. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your product.

- If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment, or a store credit will be issued, depending on your preference.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
